Extra time should be allowed for parking at the harbour (if applicable).

Published sailing schedules are subject to alteration without notice due to inclement weather or other conditions.

Additional information per passenger is required as per European Union (Registration of Persons Sailing on board Passenger Ships) Regulations 2019 - (S.I. No. 677/2019). These Regulations enhance passenger safety by accurately recording the number and identity of persons on board.The processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and with the Data Protection Act 2018. Passengers will be prompted to enter this information via their email booking confirmation.

Refunds

A full refund available if a sailing is cancelled due to adverse sea or weather conditions.

No refund given if reservations are cancelled within 24 hours of departure time.

No refund given if reservation is booked and cancelled within 24 hours of departure time.

Refunds will not be given to groups (minimum 10 people) cancelling within 48 hours.

Free Travel Pass

This pass is not accepted on our Galway City departures.

Prices

Child prices apply to children 5 to 12 years old inclusive. Children under 5 travel free but must be pre-booked by phone or in one of our offices.

Student prices apply to anyone over the age of 13 years in full time education. Valid ID is required for third level students.
